The Fedora Core 1 (fc1) RPMs here are built with perl 5.8.3 (see Fedora Core 1 Updates perl-5.8.3-10 and perl 5.8.3-16). They will not install properly on systems without this update (Fedora Core 1 shipped with perl 5.8.1 as standard). If you haven't upgraded yet, download the source RPM for the module you require and rebuild from that. The resulting binary RPM will then install on the unpatched system.
The source RPMs for these modules can be found in the SRPMS directory. The SRPMS are designed to build under Red Hat Linux 9, Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3 & 4, Fedora Core 1 to Fedora Core 4, but may also work for other Red Hat-based distributions, such as Red Hat Linux 8.0, Whitebox Linux etc. These distributions aren't tested in any way though.

HTML::Tidy is a replacement for HTML::Lint, and requires tidy, which can be found in the websrv directory.
