automake19 - A GNU tool for automatically creating Makefiles

Automake is a tool for automatically generating `Makefile.in' files compliant
with the GNU Coding Standards.

This package contains Automake 1.9, an older version of Automake. You should
install it if you need to run automake in a project that has not yet been
updated to work with latest version of Automake.

- add conflicts/obsoletes for automake < 1.10
- add buildreq texinfo needed to rebuild info files with new name
- fix provides/requires without turning off the internal dependency generator
- convert NEWS file to UTF-8
- patch failing test subst.test using upstream fix from automake 1.10.2
