Updated python-twisted-conch, python-twisted-lore, python-twisted-mail, python-twisted-names, python-twisted-news, python-twisted-runner, and python-twisted-words to be more in line with the ones that have just entered Fedora Extras, mainly by including the scriptlets for maintaining the dropin cache
