I've set up a mirror site of my repository using a Xen guest running CentOS 4 hosted
on a box owned by my friend Chris Brookes in a data centre in Minnesota.
I've created two new DNS entries for the `city-fan.org` domain, namely `virtual.city-fan.org` for
the mirror machine itself, and `mirror.city-fan.org`, which has two addresses, one mapping to
`www.city-fan.org` and the other mapping to `virtual.city-fan.org`.
I've hence updated the `city-fan.org-release` package to get the mirrorlists from
`mirror.city-fan.org`, which should result in better repo availability, given that either machine
could be down for a while from time to time.
