Updated mod_fcgid to 2.1; I had to add this line:
SharememPath run/fcgid_shm
to /etc/httpd/conf.d/fcgid.conf to get httpd to start properly with the new version, since the default value for this is a file under /var/log, which SELinux forbids reading
Updated perl-Test-Exception to 0.25
