 * Updated `lat` to fix build failure on Rawhide caused by dependency changes resulting in `desktop-file-utils` being missing from the buildroot, and more strict enforcement of the desktop spec by `desktop-file-install`

 * Updated `getlive` to 0.56 and added `Delete=Yes` to sample config file
 * Rebuilt `perl-MailTools` to sync the spec more closely with the Fedora package
