Updated perl-Module-CoreList to 2.13
Rebuilt proftpd; the Fedora Rawhide package now includes my horrible, ugly hack to help the configure script find umode_t; I may have to consider doing a clean fix for this and try to get it upstream, along with the mod_cap fix for sending audit messages and the additional open() fixes I have in my package
