 * Updated `perl-Tie-EncryptedHash` to 1.24, fixing a [[http://rt.cpan.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=28813|long-standing license issue]] (it was licensed under just the original Artistic license previously), which would have caused the package (and several that depend on it) to be [[http://bpepple.fedorapeople.org/fesco/FESCo-2008-07-10.html|purged from Fedora]] prior to the Fedora 10 alpha release had it not been fixed
