Updated contagged to 0.6.4
Updated perl-YAML to 0.68
Merged some changes from Fedora's sendmail package, mainly to include a NetworkManager dispatcher script, to fix timestamps on text files to fix multi-arch install issues, and to remove patch fuzz; I didn't merge the change to use a cobbled-together shell script instead of make to update databases and configuration files in /etc/mail as I think it's better to express the rules for doing these in a Makefile rather than coding them in a script
