 * Updated `contagged` to 0.6.4
 * Updated `perl-YAML` to 0.68
 * Merged some changes from Fedora's `sendmail` package, mainly to include a !NetworkManager dispatcher script, to fix timestamps on text files to fix multi-arch install issues, and to remove patch fuzz; I didn't merge the change to use a cobbled-together shell script instead of `make` to update databases and configuration files in `/etc/mail` as I think it's better to express the rules for doing these in a `Makefile` rather than coding them in a script
