 * Updated `perl-Text-SpellChecker` to 0.04 in Rawhide
 * Updated `bluefish-unstable` to 1.3.0; since it appears to live up to its name more than the previous 1.1.6 version, I've left the 1.1.6 version in the repo too. Updated build requirements mean that it only builds on Fedora 9 onwards.
