Local Packages
Updated dovecot to 1.1.8 and added managesieve support and a sub-package for it
New package python-setuptools, needed to build python-zope-interface
New package python-zope-filesystem to handle common directory ownership
Updated python-zope-interface to 3.5.0 where possible (requires python >= 2.4 so RHEL 4 and early Fedora releases stick with 3.4.1)
