Updated perl-Sysadm-Install to 0.28 for devel
Local Packages
Updated bittorrent (4.4.0) to add the icon back into the menu, as per last month's Fedora update
Updated curl as per Fedora to fix Bug #453612 (infinite loop while loading a private key) and Bug #453612 (curl/nss memory leaks while using client certificate)
Updated perl-Test-Output to 0.14 but only in Fedora 9 onwards as it now uses :seekable from File::Temp, which requires File::Temp 0.17 or later
