Updated mod_fcgid to make its "run" directory a subdirectory of wherever the symlink /etc/httpd/run points to, as it has changed in Fedora 11 from /var/run to /var/run/httpd and using the wrong directory causes httpd to fail to start after mod_fcgid is installed (Bug #501123)
