 * Updated `mod_fcgid` for Rawhide and F-11 to use `/var/run/mod_fcgid` to hold runtime state regardless of where the `/etc/httpd/run` symlink points to, as in F-11 onwards that's `/var/run/httpd/`, which is not readable by the `apache` user and therefore won't work with `mod_fcgid` ([[RedHatBugzilla:502273|Bug #502273]])
