 * Updated `perl-Compress-Raw-Zlib` to 2.025 (updated to include `zlib` 1.2.4 and to allow the `zlib` version check to be disabled - [[CPAN:54510|CPAN RT#54510]]); we now need to build with the bundled `zlib` unless we have `zlib` ≥ 1.2.4
 * Updated `perl-IO-Compress` to 2.025 (document the `Name` option in `IO::Uncompress::Unzip`, allow the `zlib` version check to be disabled - [[CPAN:54510|CPAN RT#54510]])
