 * Updated `perl-Hook-LexWrap` to 0.23, fixing line endings on documentation and adding the `demo` directory as extra documentation; I had to fix a logic error in `Makefile.PL` that prevented it building with `ExtUtils::MakeMaker` < 6.31 (raised as [[CPAN:59725|CPAN RT#59725]])
