  * If `verify_mode` is not `VERIFY_NONE` and the `ca_file`/`ca_path` cannot be verified as valid, it will no longer fall back to `VERIFY_NONE` but throw an error (http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=606058)
 * FedoraProject:IainArnell kindly [[RedHatBugzilla:656363|reviewed and approved my perl-Package-Stash-XS submission]] and I then built it for F13, F14, Rawhide, EPEL4, and EPEL6; the EPEL5 build is waiting on `perl(Pod::Coverage::TrustPod)`, which is currently making its way through the testing process
