 * Updated `perl-Parse-CPAN-Meta` to 1.4404:
  * Protected tests from user `PERL_YAML`/`JSON_BACKEND`
 * Updated `perl-HTML-Lint` to 2.20:
  * Added comment-directives to disable specific errors in your HTML
  * Added check for unknown entities, such as "`&foo;`"
  * Added check for unclosed entities, such as "`&amp`" without the closing semicolon
  * Added a check for a bare ampersand that should be written as `&`
 * Cleaned up and rebuilt `perl-IO-stringy`
