Updated perl-Filter to 1.45:
Sync perlfilter.pod with core improvements
Cleaned up and rebuilt perl-Compress-Raw-Bzip2, perl-Compress-Raw-Zlib, perl-Crypt-SmbHash and perl-Digest-MD4
