Built perl-Test-Kwalitee 1.13 for F-20 and Rawhide now that the issue with Digest::SHA being missing from the buildroot issue has been resolved
Imported and built perl-Mock-Quick (1.107) for F-19, F-20 and Rawhide after it was reviewed and approved by Jitka Plesnikova
Applied a couple of patches from upstream git to perl-Qt in F-20 and Rawhide, resolving the FTBFS with Perl 5.18 problem

Updated perl-XML-LibXML to 2.0104:
Use quoted version number in the SYNOPSIS (CPAN RT#88060)
Fix test failures when building with a directory component that contains whitespace (CPAN RT#86665)
