Imported and built perl-Data-Tumbler (0.005) in F-19, F-20, Rawhide, EPEL-6 and EPEL-7
Updated perl-IO-Socket-SSL to 1.981 in Rawhide:
Disable elliptic curve support for openssl 1.0.1d on 64-bit (http://rt.openssl.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=2975)
- Fix certificate fingerprint calculation

Updated perl-MooseX-ConfigFromFile (0.13) to avoid circular build dependencies when bootstrapping

Updated php-Smarty to 3.1.18:
