Updated perl-DateTime to 1.12:
The latest historical changes in DateTime::TimeZone 1.74 caused some tests to fail (CPAN RT#98483)
This release of DateTime.pm now requires the DateTime::TimeZone 1.74
Updated perl-Module-Build to 0.4210:
Fix type installdir → installdirs
Module::Build::YAML has been removed
Module::Build::ModuleInfo has been removed
Module::Build::Version has been removed
Get rid of "use vars"
Added "use warnings" to all modules
Stop calling UNIVERSAL::isa as a function
Use CPAN::Meta::Merge for meta_merge
Convert with CPAN::Meta::Convert in meta_add
