  * Decode with BOM (UTF-8, UTF-16, or UTF-32); for now only UTF-8, the others error
  * Fixed detection of final `\0` as illegal non-whitespace garbage; fixes spectest '`n_number_then_00`' ([[https://github.com/rurban/Cpanel-JSON-XS/issues/72|GH#72]])
  * Changed decode of unicode noncharacters between `U+FFFD` and `U+10FFFF` to the recommended `U+FFFD REPLACEMENT CHARACTER`, when not in the binary or relaxed mode

I also added a [[https://github.com/dovecot/core/pull/23|patch to support building on old distributions with OpenSSL < 0.9.8m and hence no SSL_clear_options]], and also [[https://github.com/dovecot/core/pull/22|check for EC_KEY_new when deciding whether or not to build dcrypt]] as the existing test for `EVP_PKEY_CTX_new_id` passes on Fedora 12 to 17 and then the build fails due to missing EC support
 * Updated `perl-Cpanel-JSON-XS` to 3.0220 as per the Fedora version
