  * Revised the description of `max_retries` in `MCE::Core.pod`
  * Improved `bin/mce_grep` with `-r` parameter:
   * If no paths are given, start recursively in the current directory rather than await data from `STDIN`
   * Set chunk-level accordingly to list mode
