  * Added deprecated flag to metadata; no deprecation warning is given at runtime... for now

 * Updated `perl-Net-SSLeay` to 1.81 in F-26 and Rawhide:
  * Enable `RSA_get_key_parameters` with LibreSSL - again
  * Fixed memory leak in `X509_get_subjectAltNames`
