5.6 test fixes, silence some cc warnings, add coverage and release targets, fix appveyor
Updated perl-Test-Simple to 1.302085 in F-26 and Rawhide:
- Better IO management
Allow access to the STDERR/STDOUT Test2::API uses
Formatters should use the Test2::API handles
