Updated perl-Math-GMP to 2.15 in F-26 and Rawhide:
Bump required perl version to 5.10.x
Updated perl-Test-Kwalitee-Extra to 0.4.0 in F-26 and Rawhide:
- Only search existing directories
Use MetaCPAN::Client rather than MetaCPAN::API::Tiny
Local Packages
Updated perl-IO-Socket-INET6 (2.72) and perl-Type-Tiny (1.002001) not to pull in build dependencies for optional tests when bootstrapping
