• Updated perl-Params-ValidationCompiler to 0.26 in Rawhide:

  • The exceptions.t test would fail if Sub::Util was not installed (GH#19)

  • Fix test failures on Windows (GH#20)

Local Packages

• Updated perl-Params-ValidationCompiler to 0.26 as per the Fedora version
