- Fix memory corruption on perls 5.8.0 - 5.8.3
- Improve use of constants in compile-time perl version checks
Updated perl-File-Copy-Recursive-Reduced to 0.006 in Rawhide:
File::Copy::Recursive 0.41 has been released to CPAN and addresses the problem that was the focus of File::Copy::Recursive::Reduced; hence, FCR2 is now feature-complete
Updated perl-Safe-Isa to 1.000009 in Rawhide:
Fix handling of DOES and does (they no longer fall back to isa in most situations outside of Moo/Moose)
Updated perl-Test-NoTabs to 2.02 in Rawhide:
Altered a test to not bake @INC into -I options for a subprocess, to avoid too-long commands

- Fix handling of a locale (nds) that does not provide a native name for its own locale code; this is a bug in CLDR, but since it exists we should handle it sanely
If you attempted to thaw a DateTime::Locale::FromData object in a process that had not loaded DateTime::Locale, this would fail (GH#18)
