Updated perl-Test-Spelling to 0.25 in Rawhide:
- Re-worded the documentation
- Ordered documented functions in alphabetical order
- Fixed up the synopsis
- Put function usage examples directly below the function name; this makes it easier to get clickable links for functions in metacpan

Moved hunspell up to the preferred checker
