  * `Type::Tiny` didn't accept string constraints for parameterizable type constraints; this was not a documented restriction and didn't seem to serve any purpose, so the restriction has been lifted ([[CPAN:131238|CPAN RT#131238]])

  * Disable loading external DTDs or external entities by default
