Updated perl-MCE to 1.872 in Rawhide:
Added open to required dependencies
- Set default encodings on standard filehandles in tests using UTF-8
- Bumped minimal Perl version to 5.8.1
Bumped MCE version to 1.872 to align with MCE::Shared

Updated keys, pairs, and values in MCE::Shared::{ Array, Cache, Hash and Ordhash }
