  * Added '`mkdir`' to replace '`mkpath`', but returning the path object for chaining
  * The '`mkpath`' method is deprecated in favour of '`mkdir`'
  * Added '`has_same_bytes`' to efficiently compare the contents of two files
  * Edited `SYNOPSIS` in the POD

==== Local Packages ====

 * Updated `libxml2` to 2.10.3 (see [[https://github.com/GNOME/libxml2/blob/v2.10.3/NEWS|NEWS]] for details); I stopped running the test suite during the package build (as per the Fedora package) since they now require the XML conformance suite
 * Updated `perl-Path-Tiny` to 0.130 as per the Fedora version
