Updated perl-Mail-Transport to 3.008 in Rawhide:
- Convert install to OODoc 3.05
- Restyle code to OODoc 3 standard
Explicitly depend on Mail::Message v3, not v4
Updated perl-User-Identity to 3.00 in Rawhide:
- Maintenance release with Mail::Box version 3 compatibility
Bump version to indicate it is not compatible with MailBox 4
- Add bugtracker to metadata
