I applied 0001-Run-test-suite-in-check.patch to python-tidy from Rawhide git
to get the test suite to run in %check so that I could verify that the
code was working. This patch is applied in both the libtidy and libtidyp
versions. I then tweaked the package to build with and use libtidyp.
