Updated lat to fix build failure on Rawhide caused by dependency changes resulting in desktop-file-utils being missing from the buildroot, and more strict enforcement of the desktop spec by desktop-file-install
Updated perl-MailTools to 2.02
Local Packages
Updated getlive to 0.56 and added Delete=Yes to sample config file
Rebuilt perl-MailTools to sync the spec more closely with the Fedora package
