Updated mod_fcgid for Rawhide and F-11 to use /var/run/mod_fcgid to hold runtime state regardless of where the /etc/httpd/run symlink points to, as in F-11 onwards that's /var/run/httpd/, which is not readable by the apache user and therefore won't work with mod_fcgid (Bug #502273)
