Local Packages
Updated sendmail as per the Rawhide version:
added stub man pages for hoststat and purgestat
rmail man page added to alternatives
- updated sub-packages' descriptions
sendmail-cf/cf/README is not packaged - it is useless for end users
- added comments about purpose of files and patches
