I was going to rebuild perl-BerkeleyDB for libdb 5.2.28 in Rawhide but the build failed. I reported the issue upsteam at CPAN RT#68818

Updated perl-XML-LibXML to 1.71:
Turn XML_LIBXML_PARSE_DEFAULTS constant to $XML::LibXML::XML_LIBXML_PARSE_DEFAULTS
No need to AUTOLOAD 'domain' because a method like that exists (CPAN RT#68575)
