    • Simplified capture of intermediate SHA states:

      • Can now be done via strings (ref. getstate/putstate)

  • Updated perl-Parse-CPAN-Meta to 1.4413:

    • UTF-8 decoding is done differently to avoid requiring a newer version of Encode
