Updated perl-Perl-Critic to buildrequire/require perl(Pod::Spell) and perl(PPIx::Regexp), require perl(File::Which) and bump perl(PPI) version requirement to 1.208
Updated perl-YAML-Tiny to 1.46:
- Added support for trailing line comments
